Chess as we all know is a two player board game played on a chess board, a checkered game board with 64 squares arranged in an eight-by-eight grid. How delightful to have your King and Queen, not to mention Rook, Pawn, Knight and Bishop adorned with white and black diamonds. I can certainly say it would heighten this abstract strategy game!
Charles Hollander Chess Set Price: $600,000
Charles Hollander: With 320 carats of black and white diamonds only seven of these luxury chess sets have ever been created. Although another set known as the Jewel Royale has been rumored by some websites to be the most expensive in the world at $9.8 million it was never actually created and remains little more than a concept.
Royal Diamond Chess Set
“The Royal Diamond Chess” entirely hand-made in 14-carat white gold, set with approximately 9900 black and white diamonds, is an extraordinary luxurious version of the classic chess-set. Designed by the renowned French artist, designer and master of jewelry, Bernard Maquin, and as part of the Charles Hollander Collection, “The Royal Diamond Chess” is a rare and precious work of fine art jewelry. This entirely hand-made creation is an expression of meticulous artisanship. With a harmonic combination of aesthetics, functional is and beauty.

Master Artist Eduardo Salazar is a world renowned portrait painter, art teacher and connoisseur. His works are held in both private and public collections and I have had a professional relationship with him for the last eighteen years.
His talent is extraordinary and his ability to capture the artistic representation of his subject on canvas remarkable.
There is no better way to document history in the making than with a piece of art that can be handed down from generation to generation and preserving memories.
