Peek Inside Tommy Hilfiger’s Eclectic Oceanfront Florida Estate
American fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger is selling his Golden Beach, Florida oceanfront estate for $27.5 million. Filled with color and style befitting a designer of his caliber, it’s a one-of-a-kind property in good company with the other celebrities that call Ocean Boulevard home.
Purchased in 2013, the expansive 17,045 square-foot home comes with infinity pools, beachfront access, seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. There’s a 1960s/70s pop art gallery in the home, which was outfitted by interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard.
To match the works in his gallery, Jill Hertzberg of The Jills Realty said, “The Hilfigers had this estate designed to be a glamorous, sexy home where they could showcase their amazing collection of artwork, as well as incorporate a ‘groovy’, colourful 1960s/1970s feel.”
As for surprises, this property comes equipped with a few. The most unusual? Scratch-and-sniff wallpaper, which can be found in several guest bathrooms.
For anyone looking for a quirky, lively, truly bespoke home: Tommy Hilfiger has you covered.
