The renowned Santa Maria Bay will be home to the planned Montage Los Cabos. The resort will join the private residential community of Maryville Los Cabos as part of the 1400-acres master planned community by the real estate investors along the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The group plans to break ground on the project in December 2015 and is expected to open in time for the 2017-2018 Winter season.

Montage Los Cabos will feature 122 guest rooms, five-star amenities including a full-service spa, and multiple dining options, as well as 52 whole ownership residences.

Another highlight of the resort will be the uniquely designed main pool spanning two levels and 20,000 square feet. “The pool offer[s] several different experiences of interaction while abutting the sand and water of the Sea of Cortez,” continued Hill.

The two and three-bedroom residences will each feature ocean views, private terraces with fire pits, outdoor showers, and access to a centrally located private residential pool – are just being released for presale reservation.
