Clive Christian: Extraordinary Perfume

Clive Christian No. 1 – This perfume is truly amazing and has a unique place in the perfume industry. This perfume was highly rated between the years 2001 to 2006 and is both for men and women. The woody smell is for the men and the sweet floral fragrance is for the ladies. The bottle is made up of beautiful looking stones.

Clive Christian was born on July 12th in 1951 and is a British designer best known for his designer kitchens and his creative of Clive Christian No. 1. He was the eldest of four children born to a biochemist Father and an Artist Mother. He was born in Dundee, Scotland and raised and educated in Cheshire, England.

In 1999, Clive Christian took over one of the oldest British perfume houses, The Crown Perfumery. Reviving its original values, he created pure perfumes in complex formulas with the most precious natural ingredients. This vision led to the creation of an extraordinary collection of perfumes.

The Clive Christian 1872 Pure Perfume is my favorite. It is a classic, pure and feminine fragrance for sophisticated women created in honor of the year the renowned Crown Perfumery was founded. A handmade crystal bottle with 24-karat gold-plated sterling silver collar holds this floral, fruity, citrus scent with top notes of bergamot, tangerine, lemon, pineapple, blueberry and rosemary.
